"Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay in this Annecy apartment. It is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the bathroom is large with a nice shower and 2 sinks. We were grateful for the working lift and we found parking in the underground garage a block away that was reasonably priced. The location was perfect. "My family enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provides detailed information and is extremely responsive. We enjoyed the lake, parks, biking and wish we had another day to do more! The property is just a few blocks from lake community beach and downtown. A grocery store and bakery just a block away. There is no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking close by each day."

"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"This is good hotel, a bit off the beaten path in terms of the old village and the lake but both about a mile away. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nothing fancy - just a nice place to spend the night after sightseeing all day. The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help you out. I rented a a great e-bike from the hotel at a good price with none of the lines and hassles of renting them on the lakefront or in the village....

"Don’t listen to the bad reviews. We stayed here thinking this would be one of the lower end hotels visited during our trip to Europe and honestly we liked it as one of the best. Our room was very clean and tidy, smelled fresh, view was nice, area was easy to catch the bus into town, the staff were helpful. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk into the old town but we knew that when booking and the nighttime walks felt unsafe so we took the bus instead. Otherwise would stay here again. "
