"Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay in this Annecy apartment. It is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the bathroom is large with a nice shower and 2 sinks. We were grateful for the working lift and we found parking in the underground garage a block away that was reasonably priced. The location was perfect. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "
