"I thought our stay was great untill I was told I couldn't make anymore reservation for my say any longer that if I want to extend my stay I would need to do so with the front desk . So I then ask why and I got no answer really just that if I would like to extend my stay any further I would have to do so at the front desk. I asked if they would match the price that I've been receiving online and I was pretty much told no. I wanted to then book my stay online and I was told no. we had been staying there for well over two weeks and all of a sudden they want me to pay $100 pet fee for my husband's service dog which they knew about she swears she new nothing about him but every time we've stayed there in the past or this past two weeks they have always known we had an animal and they've always known he's with us all the time is my husband's service dog. They argued with me about not knowing but sees me every day walking him .. there sine says service animal excluded from pet fee. I was not paying that after two weeks of being there so she said to check out tomorrow and not come back. I can't understand why what did I do wrong she then said get it through my thick skull or head to check out tomorrow and don't come back here. My only reason is because I was extending my stay online for cheeper rates. Rant over .. house keeping was great "

"The room was clean and staff was very friendly. The shower by the pool was under construction, the outside sitting area was filthy, and the breakfast was no good. The scrambled eggs looked like they were at least a couple days old. Overall the place was good enough that I will stay there again. I will definitely plan ahead for breakfast so I won’t have to drive to the Waffle House every morning. There is a great Tex-Mex restaurant next door. I recommend it.."

"Loved our room. Nice and spacious. It is about 10-15 from the main tourist areas, so keep that in mind. Easy check in and out. Would recommend and will stay again in the future "
