"We had a problem the first night with our room due to noise from the gym, which was directly across from our room. The receptionist offered to move us to another room which turned out to be very quiet. We really appreciate her being so kind and understanding. "

"The Darcy is a wonderful place, usually. This stay and room just wasn’t the best. We got a really small room and the first night I could hear someone talking all night. The staff refunded our amenities fee because that’s all they could since I booked through Expedia. I don’t know that I would book through Expedia again best just to go the Darcy’s website "
