"No pool facilities available, pool cordoned off and not even a Sunlounger around the pool so we sat on the floor !!! Complained to the hotel directly and to hotels.com who offered us a £25 voucher as goodwill which we still haven’t seen Avoid hotel and especially avoid hotels.com !!!!!!!!!!!"

"The property is located in a good location. No issues finding cabs or restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are well maintained and spacious and the service is good. Slightly costly (6k/night) but i gues all in all justified by the above positives. No negatives per se. Will stay again."

"Pathetic hotel with even more pathetic staff. There were cockroaches in the room and also in the food (breakfast buffet). When I pointed out the cockroaches, their GM had the audacity to say "Dont worry they wont bite. Dont be scared""
