"Hotel was great. Very clean and quiet. Hotel staff was great BUT staff at the Spring Restaurant were terrible. We got seated, waited and waited. Asked for a menu, brought us one and left again. We waited again and eventually left. We had coffee and pastries at the Atrium (which was great)"
