"First class hotel. Room very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Amazing view of the city from both the lounge and room. Staff amazing so courteous helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic the best buffet breakfast I have ever had in Europe. The restaurant again the same as breakfast was amazing. Hospitality is clearly something this hotel staff want to provide to their guest and I will definitely stay here again as my only hotel choice for Brussels "

"The hotel room were great, and perfect for our family of 6. It was clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful. The location was only a 15 minute walk to the centre, and there also trams/buses available. The are is ok, but not the cleanest. Would definitely stay here again."

"Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft but overall as mentioned it was good value. Checkout is very early at 10am especially considering they don't allow you in the room before 16."
