"Great property but be warned, no one after hours is there to greet you. After hours in my case was 7 pm. Though the next day, the maid was gone and no one there by 3 pm. Ideally you have communicated before on WhatsApp and have both the door code and the room code recorded. If not, assuming you have cell, you can do it like I did and call from the door and do everything remotely. "We stayed at Decameron Panaca as the base for our travels across the coffee region which worked very well for us. Our rooms were comfortable and had lovely views over the treetops. Having the restaurant on site was convenient too when we wanted a break from the buffet, and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to other families looking for an all-inclusive resort to stay in. "

"My stay was excellent besides on the first three days that we arrived. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, where they have the events halls and the noise, music was like it was inside the room. It was imposible to rest on week days until past Midnight and on Saturday until past 2:00 AM. The room is very bad situated!!!"
