"On arrival we were greeted with smiles, the receptionist was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The hotel is a short walk from a tram stop and you can easily get to all attractions and the city from here. The hotel lobby and bar are clean and inviting. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice. The rooms are quite spacious and have very comfortable beds and the fluffiest pillows ever. We didnt use the pool or gym but these did look good. We would stay here again."

There were only two relatively minor downsides: 1) We ordered the 'Cheers for Beers' package at an extra cost, which was described as 'two bottles of IJwit and a nutmix' to be delivered to the room.
