"Very good customer service with the concierge. They were able to accommodate all my requests. The room was very clean and quiet. I also had a little trouble with my shower and they sent some one from maintinance right away! She was also very friendly, nice and resolved my issue. All of the staff was friendly and nice. I loved that it was a 10 minute walk from Niagra Falls. "

"Friendly, helpful staff. Nice large lobby with lots of dining tables of various sizes which can be used by guests to entertain. We reserved both a King Suite and King Studio with kitchenettes. Both rooms were better than expected as weren’t tired and in a need of a refresh. We celebrated a late Christmas with our grandchildren and children and would stay here again. The only issue we encountered is the indoor pool was heavily chlorinated which caused coughing for those swimming. For others watching from the sidelines it was irritating to eyes."
