"My wife and I stay a few days with teenage grandchildren. We enjoyed the stay. Just across the street from the beach. Nice outside areas with fire pit and outdoor sitting areas. Had trouble getting hot tube to heat up. We still enjoyed the quiet beach stay. "

We had plenty of space for our large family (4 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids) to sleep comfortably and enjoyed the location of the property. "

Morning dogs walks on the beach and biking distance to Fort Clinch State Park kept us busy. And the close location to the historic district of Fernandia was perfect for runs to the coffee shop and dinners out. The unit was cleverly clean and comfortable. The bed in the master was very comfortable. "

"House is exactly as listed. Split plan was perfect and plenty of room for family. Backyard was large and great for our small dog. Across from the beach - amazing location. Property management company was outstanding. Would stay here again. "

"We enjoyed ourselves and thought the house was perfect for our family. We had a very large private top floor. My son had a private room and bathroom on the bottom. My daughter and two kids had two rooms on the middle floor. Kitchen was well equipped and big enough to make our Thanksgiving dinner. Great beach access."

"This was the perfect place for 5 siblings to come together that hadn't all been together in 25 years. It was a peaceful atmosphere away from distraction and noise. We sat under the stars at night and talked into the wee hours and the beach was peaceful. Plenty of great hot water and fluffy white towels! The check-in & out process was easy and the home was well stocked with everything we needed! We loved it! "

"This was an excellent choice for the 5 of us and our dog on vacation in January in FL. It's a short boardwalk to the beach, and very close to restaurants and the bike and birding trails. Seemed very safe and neighbors were quiet or not there due to it being January."
