Everything you need for your stay is provided- beach umbrella, beach towels, games if it rains. The old historic district of Fernandina Beach is 5 mile drive. Great restaurants too. The condo is quite comfy but somewhat dated. All in all a pleasant stay. "

"We are repeat visitors of this wonderful unit. The location is great, as it’s a 5 minute walk down a boardwalk to the pool and beach. There are a lot of kid friendly amenities, including a pack and play, booster seat, and a washer/dryer. You can rent a golf cart and scoot around the property too. "

"Nice quiet location. Enjoyed the upper floor views of the ocean, and the breeze. Spacious balcony. Good inside furniture, though outside rocking chairs could use replacing. Unit is comfortable for a couple, or a small family. Suggest that the unit provides beach towels. Luckily we brought our own. We would stay here again."

"I came begin to stay what a dream this rental was. The owner was extremely responsive and flexible- and everything was really perfect. We stay in a ton of rentals and this was truly one of the best. Beach was never crowded, often we had the pool to ourselves. The building was quiet and grounds were beautiful- and the condo was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked. Kudos to the owners- we can’t wait to come back!"

"Great 4 day getaway for 2 adults and a dog. Communication from booking to check out was great. Ambiance upon arrival is inviting with music, nice decor, and nicely scented rooms. The view of the ocean is great. Nice sized bedrooms and baths with very comfortable beds. Smart tv's in living room and both bedrooms. Kitchen stocked with all the dishes needed. Condo is close to historic downtown with shopping and restaurants. The grounds of the condo were well maintained and pretty. Our dog...
