"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel, it was well maintained and looked every bit as the photos on the booking section, convenient area aswell and not far away from local transport. Just a short walking distance, the staff were fantastic also and we very accommodating to allow us to leave our luggage at reception after we checked out as we had a later flight to save us taking our bags with us, hope to stay here again."

"MY Place is located in a rather pedestrian neighborhood in Hamburg, but once one arrives at the hotel, the situation changes dramatically. The hotel, while quite small, is very handsomely appointed, esp. the room that I stayed in which had a lovely color combination for bed, curtains, etc. Yes, the lack of an elevator could be a problem. However, the helpfulness of the staff and the other nuances of good service and facilities clearly outweighed any inconvenience. Highly recommended for...

"We were so lucky to have met the most lovely concierge who made our check in process the best. He was so accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and cute. Great location to walk to the train station so you can get anywhere. Also a cute downtown nearby with lots of great food options for a quick snack. Would stay here again, definitely recommend! "

"I was very disappointed that they had a room directly next to me being completely remodeled starting an 8:15 in the morning the next day, it was super loud. I understand that these hotels need to be worked on, but the front desk person should’ve let me know ahead of time or moved me to, a location where I’m not hearing a hammer at 8:15 in the morning. i expect more from a Best Western "
