"Very peaceful place with great sun sets & night skies; outdoor space is fantastic, even in the winter but indoors is a bit tight for 12 people & 3 dogs (2 bedrooms are tiny; 1 bedroom is next to oil tank w/o windows so not ideal hangouts; dining table is small requiring eating in shifts; plus hot water runs out after 1-2 showers and iron sediments may appear in the water!). If you don’t mind these nuisances (we didn’t) it’s an amazing place to spend time together … can highly recommend it! "

"Well appointed, clearly newly updated. Bedrooms were on first and second floors which made it easier for couples, because the bathrooms were not in the bedrooms. It’s a beautiful property that I’m sure is wonderful year round. The only complaint was the garage was so cold we couldn’t utilize it."

The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull...
