"We were so impressed with the staff's helpfulness, friendliness and accommodating attitude - we actually wished we had booked a longer stay. Then there is the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel that was outstanding, plus the loads of amenities we didn't even get to sample due to our enjoying the slopes in Garmish so much. And we also revelled in the Amazing food + beer and wine. All in all, we felt like royalty staying at our winter palace :)"

"I stayed here last week with the family and friends for a ski trip. Our room was really spacious which was great for the four of us especially on a day when the kids were too exhausted to go out for dinner so we ordered takeout one night. The location was perfect and only about five mins from the slopes. The pool area was lovely and well needed by all of us after skiing all day. The staff were generally really friendly and welcoming. "Very nice lobby and breakfast. Close to central walking area. The area around the back of our room, and the guests below our room, were very loud into the night. Difficult to sleep until things quieted down at 1am. Parking is off site, either 20 Euro per day at the closer parking lot, or free at the lot that is a 15 minute walk away (not fun if raining). "
