"Excellent location in the village of Bucknell , close to numerous walks."

"Lovely farmhouse. Although described as standard double, the room was larger than expected as was the bathroom which boasted separate shower and bath. The whole suite was immaculately clean and extras such as biscuits and fruit and ‘proper’ milk in a mini fridge were provided. A choice of light or full English breakfast was included and was well presented. There was also fruit, cereal, yogurt and more on offer. "A wonderful pub and restaurant, with very convenient accommodation attached. The staff looked after us well. There was a good selection of food for dinner, and the breakfast was outstanding. There was some noise from passing traffic, but this was not overly distracting. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a lovely 1 night stay. Our family room was excellent. From checking in to checking out, every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere. Lovely swim in the pool. Lovely food in the brasserie and for breakfast. Would highly recommend - excellent value. "

"The property was ideal for us as an overnight stop over & had all the facilities we needed. Lovely location & views. We had an initial glitch when we arrived as someone was already in the pod we had been allocated & weren't very welcoming to us. After a quick phone call to the owners all was resolved very quickly"

"Fantastic hotel in a very peaceful setting with great views of Ludlow castle and the gorgeous countryside. Had a beautiful room with views of the castle. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast served in the dining room with beautiful countryside views. Ludlow town is within easy reach on foot, crossing over the river before climbing the hill alongside the castle. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel."
