"Fabulous town house with 3 floors. Bedrooms on the lower floor & 2 bathrooms. Up the stairs to a lovely open plan kitchen/diner which was really well equipped. The upper floor was a lovely roof terrace with stunning views out to the beach. We had 3 kids with us, 12, 10 & 8. 2 flights of stairs in the place so might be a bit much for small kids or people with mobility issues. Excellent location, only 3 min walk to the square. We had a fabulous time here. Elite rentals were excellent to deal with"

"Nice villa with easy access to everything. Short drive to Carvoeiro if you need a little more pace. A few fantastic beaches are within range. We visited in Oct. and there were a lot of flies in and around the home but the home and pool were in great shape. The host is accessible and responds quickly. A very pleasant stay."

"We, two couples in our 70’s, spent three nights at the House By The Sea. Overall, the experience was positive. The house is showing some signs of aging, but was clean, comfortable and spacious. "Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment, the perfect size for 2-4 people. Beach was a few steps away and lots of restaurants and small supermarket were within easy walking distance. We had a car to visit nearby towns, but free parking was readily available in the middle of Salema. My only recommendation would be for a table fan in the bedroom to keep the room cooler at night. "

The property, in a quiet, quaint neighbourhood, was just what we were looking for and within 5 minutes' walk of the centre of Ferragudo via narrow, cobbled ruas , most barely a cars-width wide, and steep flights of steps. "We had a lovely time in Casa Florida. The location is perfect. A short walk to town and the beach but in a quiet area. The pool was empty most of the time and is well kept with plenty of sun loungers. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable and you have lovely sea views from both balconies. Lovely welcome pack on arrival which was much appreciated. Communication with Stephanie was very good. Thank you Stephanie for everything. "
