"Room itself was lovely, as were the grounds and access to coastal walk. Food offering was overpriced and pretty average for the cost - would recommend eating outside of the resort, but this shouldn’t detract from the stay - it is a lovely resort. "

"We had a nice stay, breakfast great, room very nice, we had a balcony, but view of the alley. It is mostly wheelchair accessible, but the person pushing better be strong as ramps steep. "

"Room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony . The hotel is a ten minute walk to the bars and cafes .There was a good selection of food for breakfast definitely something for everyone . There is no kettle in the room . Overall good value for money "

"Outstanding property, great location with 180 degree sea views. Comfortable good size rooms, high quality linens. Modern, very clean, good facilities (pools fitness room etc). Food is excellent (quality, choice and plentiful) both for breakfast and dinner. Best staff we have ever encountered - from the cleaners to servers, to front desk and entertainment staff, they all went out of their way to communicate, be helpful and make sure they could do everything to make your stay the best...

"Nice holiday for families, but a couple can also enjoy it. Food was decent. Buffet was ok and varied options, but the restaurants were definitely better. One of the restaurants wasn't open during our trip which was disappointing. There were some even shows but unfortunately didn't catch any. Like the free drinks and lots of areas to get them throughout the property."

"This is our second stay at White Shell. The units are spacious and well equipped but there is a pet fee which is per night (25€) rather than a flat cleaning fee. "The staff at this hotel are amazing! They are so helpful, so friendly, so welcoming! The first day we arrived they immediately helped us settle in. Showed us the beautiful premises and gave us some info about the area, where to eat etc. the lady was so sweet, she was always engaging our kids and even gave them beautiful colouring books which my kids loved. "To positives; Nice grounds, I was there in winter so place was relatively dead, not many restaurants open etc. But it was nice to walk to 2 beaches very close buy.
