Le découpage des logements est bien fait, on a peu de vis à vis, et les alentours sont très calmes, la vue quasi-100% sans bâtiments plein ouest. Le parquet est assez bruyant, et la salle de bain moyennement pratique et WC très étroit. La cuisine est pratique, il manque quand même un micro-ondes.
