"I had to ask to change room when I arrived as it smelt cigarette and it was not as well sound-proofed as I was expecting. The staff was real nice and switched me to a much better room well sound-proofed and without any of that bothering smell. Nice place, but I find it very disappointing that the access to the spa is not included and cost 15€ for an hour. I think France is the only country where I experienced this, especially for a 4* hotel. Also when I booked the room it was specified free...

"Meal buffet is good, while expensive. Staff is nice overall, but very few speak English. You MUST have a car to get around, the area is kind of rural and away from city. The keys to apartment (F12) were useless since the door lock was broken. Front desk open 8AM to 10PM, but you have to leave earlier and come back late, so you have no one available to ask questions."

"The rooms were charming and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed looking out over the pool from our balcony with a cup of coffee after breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! The pool area was also well appointed with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing during the heat of the day.
