"We were greeted by an individual whose first words to us were you didn't pay enough but that is ok because your TV does not work. Then I was told that my amount owed was $30 less than what I already paid. When we went up to the room it was old, dirty not well kept, nor was it safe. The shower current was what appeared to be a Dollar Tree Liner (looked like a garbage bag) there were old tattered towels. "This property/cabin was perfect for our short visit.1 block off old town, easy walking distance. Visited Washington(town) off 49 to the north and back down to Grass Valley. Nevada City still has an old town feel to the old town area. A little disappointed in Grass valley, it's lost that. Sure the buildings are old but the closure and modernization of old town just lost a lot of appeal for me."
