"Was a great last minute location! We were attending a concert at Van Andel and it wasn’t too far of a drive to the venue. A lot cheaper option than staying right by the venue and it has free parking. "

"My biggest thing, it's a fact that there is no parking all the way around north hotel. That's only in front and the lot parking lot is not kept up. Especially in the winter"

"Entryway was slippery in the back. Front desk staffing was inconsistent. Ive never seen a front desk as a island counter. Didn't seem to be very staff friendly. Housekeeping staff were very friendly. Overall ww enjoyed our stay."

"This hotel was a great place for nite with my husband. The jacuzzi tub was so relaxing that was in our room. We used to go to another local hotel for our nite getaways, but it has went way down hill in cleanliness. So this is going to be our new couple getaway for us. Thank you."
