One of the better budget properties I’ve stayed in in the Benton Harbor St. Joe area. Swimming pool was closed when we were there but there were signs posted before check-in and when we asked, they sent us to one of their sister hotels to swim. Definitely will look to return.

Good stay but NO POOL!
This place is ok for the price, service was excellent, room was nice, breakfast was good. My only disappointment was that it is advertised as having a pool and the pool has been permanently closed. Very frustrating since my 10 yr old was looking forward to going for a swim and that is the reason I chose this hotel. Other than the pool issue it was good for the price.

It had cockeroaches in the public bathroom in the lobby. The guest I came with had to move rooms because they found one lying on their bed coming in first night. My fiancé let the guy on staff know and he thought it was a joke.
