"Room was clean and spacious - we had an executive king room and our daughters loved the pull out. Definitely enough room for 4. The only down side is that the pool is down for maintenance right now and we were looking forward to using it. There was nothing that said anywhere that their pool would be down. "

"Great downtown location-it was nice to be able to take the skywalk to the Target Center and it was just a short walk. Parking wasn't included but the garage was nice and close. Hotel was overall nice, room itself was ok-bathroom/shower could have been cleaner. "

"Stayed in the cities for my sisters birthday weekend. It was a BEAUTIFUL place to stay. Super friendly staff. Only thing I would complain about is how hard it is to figure out how to get to their parking lot. Maybe it was just me but the GPS does not do a good job getting you there. I went around the building multiple times trying to figure out how to get in. But I do not blame that on the hotel. I would stay there again!"

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very easy check-in! The room was beautiful and clean. They had a wonderful breakfast with hot and cold options. And they had a wonderful pool area. My only complaint is that the bed was very firm and i woke up with a backache."

"Wasn't sure what to expect based on others' reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. We received a ground floor room with a window, super high ceilings and a kitchenette, making the room seem huge. The two double beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was small and could use updating, but was sufficient. Water in shower should be hotter. Breakfast was decent, better than some. Lots of seating available. My daughters used the pool, which was very busy & noisy. They said the hot tub was lukewarm...

"We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately our room was not ready until 4:15 and when we went to use the shower mat it had blood on it. Our room was not properly cleaned and was late for check in due to “cleaning”. I had asked for a late check out and I got an abrupt no you’ll be out by 11. We rushed to get out by 11 and left a stuffed animal behind. I’ve reached out and not heard back. "

"Scott at the front desk went above and beyond to help us not just get rooms together but also joining rooms. He was great with helping do an early check-in and late check-out. The hotel was a great location, stellar continental breakfast, and had cheap parking right on the opposite side of the block. We had a blast staying there and will again!"
