"Rooms are small. Lots of stairs, NOT elevator. Staff helped us with the luggage. Reception staff was the least friendly of all the other stays in Dominican Republic We arrive early, (did not expect to check in early) but recieved a rude welcome that "YOUR ROOM IT'S NOT READY YET. " Best area of the hotel , THE RESTAURANT OVERLOOKING the JIMENOA RIVER "

"The sound of the river was so majestic we asked owner to turn off waterfalls in pool! Beautiful outdoor space. We played cards one night on the pool deck. Close to town and adventurous activities. Only negatives were shower was cold and pool was colder, but that didn't stop us."

"Since the beginning of very disappointing because we couldn’t find the place the location online it’s not accurate. To contact the manager was terrible he never sent his phone number to me and the communication by message was terrible when I need him because we get lols, I send him a few messages and he never answered.. it was terrible.. At night is very scary everything around is to dark it not lights just when you walking in, the place is very lonely there must be lights all the time."
