"Room was nice"

"We left a firestick in the TV, and on our way back through, we stopped to see if we could retrieve it. I did not get the sweet lady's name who was working on Friday, May 2nd around noon, but she went to the trouble to go check for us and it was there! She went above and beyond and we were so grateful!"

"Everything was nice! TV service was not very good. My issue was figuring out how to use the remote. I pressed guide but nothing came on. Probably just me, I'm not very tech wise. And bathroom remodel is very nice, except in my room the glass sliding shower doors were very hard to open and close. May of been uneven a bit. Also some water leak on the floor from the door (s). But overall a very nice stay."

"All of the staff we interacted were very pleasant and helpful. The were very professional. No complaints. Would stay here again. The only "complaint" was that there was significant rust / discoloration around the drain control in the bath tub. Overall the room was clean and neat. Was only a 1 night stay. Just needed a place to sleep and shower for the remaining trip. Of course I can only speak to the one room I stayed in. The other rooms may be better or worse so YMMV."

"Matthew was awesome. Handled our reservations quickly and efficiently. We had several rooms reserved for many family members who were coming into the area for a funeral. We asked Matthew if it would be ok to feed a large group of family members that evening in the breakfast dining area. He not only allowed us use of the facility but provided plates and cups as well. Great guy. Assisted with all our needs and made BW the best place to stay in calallen. "
