"Oh my word! Amazing, I Booked this property only because of its location. From the lobby displaying vintage vehicles, and antiques, as well as local artisan creations. To the grounds that were immaculately maintained. Entering the room itself was also an experience, very modern, very simple, very elegant. We asked about the lovely scent of the room, “simply the cleaning products we use, all natural.” And the breakfast, 360 degrees of wonderful fruit, pastries, and savoury goodness. Traveling late in the season we unfortunately were informed the restaurant had closed for the season, I am certain it would have been worth a visit. "

"Sara and her husband were so very nice and helpful the home was spotless they left us five large bottles of water a bag of cookies, coffee herb tea everything you could really need. The real joy though was sitting on the absolutely beautiful patio deck overlooking the water, the sunsets were stunning. We only stayed for four nights but wish it had have been more, thank you so very much for the great memories we will remember for ever Peter and Sarah your new Canadian friends "

"Two couples stayed for 5 days and loved the home and the view. Many stairs down to the home but manageable for us House had all that we needed and beds were comfy. Private and gorgeous!!"

"This property is absolutely stunning. The pool is a dream. So large and the outdoors is beautifully decorated. Our communication with Rocco was great before and during our arrival and once on site. He and one of his friends helped get us a 3 hour boat tour along caves of Santa Maria De Leuca with Mari 2 Leuca. The villa is lovely and decorated in Italian style with what looked to be some classic beautiful furniture not modern. It makes the villa special. It was a little difficult to find at first as the road sign name is worn off from the sign. But once we found it it was so easy to access Castrignano or Santa Maria De Leuca. If we would ever return to this area I’d rebook in a heartbeat.We had 4 couples and it was fantastic we each had our own private bedroom that were independently air conditioned. We each had our own bathroom as well. The outdoor veranda was were we spent all our time when not in the pool. Highly recommend this property."

The villa was immaculate—spotlessly clean, with every detail perfectly attended to. You can tell that a lot of care and pride goes into maintaining this property. Maurizio was an absolute gem! So welcoming and always available for anything we needed, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems in the area. Their hospitality truly made our trip special, ensuring that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The villa itself is a haven of peace and tranquility, set in the stunning Puglian countryside. The outdoor pool and terrace were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, while the interiors were stylish, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. "Nice hotel with a lovely pool overlooking the sea. Very friendly staff; they upgraded us to a bigger room for our group of four adults without us requesting it. The hotel is a bit old but clean and well-maintained. It is within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia, just a 15-minute walk away. The walk to the beach is downhill and uphill on the way back, but it's manageable. The breakfast is varied and served in a spacious room surrounded by windows. Overall, highly recommended."

"The property is well maintained and extremely clean. Be sure to have the room cleaned as they have some night critters. Would be great that at time of arrival more information about activities that take place, like horse riding. The breakfast is $10 Eu per person which I think is a bit too much and they require a swimming cap for pool use. The sell them if you want to use the pool. "
