"The hotel is located in the middle of the old town immediately by the train station and is within easy walking distance to everything. It is an old building and unfortunately has shared bathrooms. The room is basic but clean. The bed is hard and uncomfortable, but we were welcomed almost like family!"

"This is perfectly fine and good value for the money. The location is ideal in terms of access, but extremely noisy foremost because of the oft-mentioned bus depot, and also a school right underneath during the day. Note that this is a residential building and the entrance is not obvious. Look for it as the street bends by the street number. The facility has a common kitchen, but no refrigerator. "Great location but over priced. cleaning was terrible asking for clean towels everyday and almost not toilet paper had to ask for it twice. Lift not working in some floors."

"Property was in a very outdated building but it remained clean, nothing fancy. I didnt have running water from the faucet though :( there was no window/ no natural lighting coming through, but it was ok for me since I was only staying for a night"

"Clean, in a walking distance to the center. Nice helpful stuff, speaking English too.. They call it hostel, but it has private WC/sower. Good enough for this price."

"Overall, a pleasant stay here. All new amenities were in the apartment as well as regular cleaning if required. Drains sometimes had a smell but covering them seemed to stop it. "

"We stayed over the Christmas Holidays and the hotel met or exceeded our expectations. All the staff were very friendly and polite with no exceptions. Hotel very clean and great rooms and the breakfast buffet was amazing. If you’re looking for a great culinary experience within the hotel try their “Soul Garden” restaurant. Well done Corinthia Lisbon."

"My husband and I celebrated the first part of our honeymoon in Lisbon and Lx Boutique Hotel made the experience amazing! They were helpful with restaurant recommendations as well as where to exchange our money. The rooms were clean and the robes and slippers provided were a nice touch! We loved the colors and design of the rooms and felt relaxation throughout our entire stay. We absolutely loved the experience! "

"My husband and I booked a last min trip to Lisbon and this hotel was great. The staff was lovely and very knowledgeable about best ways to get places and had recommended some places to eat. Hotel was quiet, with easy walking access to places and transit was right outside which made easy for getting around. No TV in room which is fine but if you have kids you are trying to distract while getting ready have an iPad. Wifi would drop and you had to forget that connection and rejoin net work. Our room had a queen bed and then bunk beds could easily accommodate 4 ppl. The lobby restrooms smelled like sewage."

"We stayed in their sister hotel (Epic SANA Marquês during the summer for one night! We decided to stay in Epic SANA Lisboa this time! We loved this hotel and decided to extend our stay! Convenient location! Walk to park where Christmas marker was held, and we went to shopping mall a few steps away. We enjoyed indoor pool, and delicious breakfast buffet. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable bed! We received compliment desert on NYE and chocolates the next day. Staff were friendly! Ww will return to this wonderful hotel! "
