"Very noisy on the highway side. We have stayed here many times. Prefer rooms on the parking lot side. This is the first time we have ever had a noisy person above us. Could not figure out how to use the TV with new controls. Instructions would be helpful. The young woman on duty was kind enough to come help us use the microwave with a cheerful attitude. She was very knowledgeable and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. "
