"We were here to ski Wolf Creek and explore. Location is great, it needs a deep cleaning, layout is good, strange to have the dryer in the beadroom away from washer. It will do. Pleanty of beds."

"Our extended family (mom, dad, 2 daughters and their familes) rented this home for our christmas vacation. This home was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub was great.. a little cold getting out but thats the weather. We got snow from Christmas and as a family from Texas, thats all we wanted! The host even had a Christmas tree up for us! "We really enjoyed the house! We loved watching the deer and turkeys every morning. Extra perks included lots of extra blankets in every room, a continuous hot water heater, and 3.5 bathrooms. The kids loved the queen bunk beds. Minor things that could be improved on was there was no where to put full trash bags and a few extra hangers would have been helpful. "We took our 4 grown children and 6 grandchildren to South Fork for our Christmas get together. This property was perfect for our group since the kiddos had a huge open bonus room all to themselves complete with adorable beds, teepees, a beanbag, and their own tv. "This house was ok. Felt it could use some major updating! The carpets were worn and looked dirty. There was way too much furniture in this house. It made it very hard to move around in. This place could be fabulous with a little TLC and upgrades "

"Our family really enjoyed our stay. This house is amazing. The negative the beds were firm which wasn’t negative for part of our crew. The area was extremely quiet. The river was awesome behind it. We like to cook. There was plenty of supplies that was a positive. A message to the host if we’re coming back to the area, I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Loved these cabins! They were small but had a lot of space, included extra blankets and pillows which I loved. They allow dogs for an additional charge which is fine. I wish more places allowed dogs for free but it’s their business and they can choose what they want. The employee/ owner?? That checked us in was very nice, overall an awesome place! Will definitely be back, tons of deer in the area , that was cool! "
