"Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! Check-in was a breeze, complete with a refreshing welcome drink. The views were absolutely stunning, and the hotel staff, especially at the entrance, were cheerful and consistently helpful, making us feel right at home. The complimentary hourly shuttle to Dubai Mall was incredibly convenient, and for those keen on exploring, the river is just a short walk away. Although food was a bit on the pricier side for us as Australians, the variety of on-site dining options made it worthwhile. The restaurants were clean, romantic, and staffed by polite, friendly people. We particularly enjoyed "Lush Burger" – a tasty, affordable option we’d highly recommend. Our room was well-sized for three, with plenty of cupboard space, blackout curtains for a restful night, and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The bedding was soft, luxurious, and changed daily. The room included thoughtful touches like a pod coffee machine, endless tea and coffee, and comfortable extras like dressing gowns and slippers. The bathroom was spacious, with high-quality amenities and a few extra gifts to take home. A lovely pool, staffed by security and located close to a charming cocktail bar, made for a relaxing stay and added to the overall enjoyment. Overall, we felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay – a truly memorable experience."
