"Had a great stay at Mövenpick al Bustan. A few problems while checking in as the new lady at the front was about to charge me extra as she provided me with someone else’s room, so make sure to check your name before signing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the housekeeping team are AMAZING! Huge lobby so there is always somewhere to sit and chat. We had purchased the breakfast package and there were tons of options of food. The male at the egg station, is terrible! He doesn’t want to make fresh eggs for the customers and instead pushes them to the already pre-made egg options. When I told him “no salt” on my eggs he adds salt infront of me, extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful towards customers health concerns. "

"The service by all staff- restaurant, front office, housekeeping, was exemplary! Was blown away by it. the hotel was beautifully kept. Foodwise, only had breakfast at the hotel, which in turn was ok."

"The hotel is very well maintained and the staff are all very friendly and supportive. Clean, great access to pool and beach and transportation to multiple beach clubs all from the hotel provided. We were on our honeymoon and we had VIP access booked, but we did not receive any of these benefits and we asked the reception for any sort of upgrades for honeymoon, we unfortunately didn’t get any room upgrades. Besides that, the overall experience was incredible and we had a great time at the hotel. Definitely recommend for anyone going there! "

"Highly recommended hotel assuming you getca good price. We got a package including lounge access which we loved. Our room was modernised and fresh. The only downside I found was the state of the pool cushion pads. Well past their best."
