"The in hotel restaurant was amazing! The staff was SOOOO nice and helpful. The lady at the front desk (1-11-25) mid afternoon was soo nice even though i kept bugging her with stuff, she did hook me up with another free warm cookie. She also was so quick to provide me with a robe when i asked for one and a tooth brush (I was a grease fire apparently that day lol). Not my direct server at the restaurant but shout out to Shawn/Sean, soo helpful and he want even my server..."

"Rented this hotel to watch the Akron game. Part of the reason we booked the hotel was because they had a pool. Upon check in, the front seat informed us that the pool was down for maintenance. This, and the fact that the hours for breakfast did not fit our needs are the reason for the review. "

"We had a nice remodeled room but the staff makes that place very enjoyable. Everyone was nice, polite and will go out of their way to make sure you would stay there again. Wednesdays they cook dinner there, breakfast is just as tasty as the dinner. We will stay here again and tell our friends how nice it is there. "
