"Friendly, helpful staff from start to finish. Room was what you’d expect with Dove soap toiletries (I liked that). Plenty of plugs and lights and thank God the heater worked because it was 10 degrees outside! The breakfast (complimentary) was impressive! Hot stuff , cold stuff, way more than the typical stale muffins some hotels offer. I visit Akron often and will be back when I do. "

"The in hotel restaurant was amazing! The staff was SOOOO nice and helpful. The lady at the front desk (1-11-25) mid afternoon was soo nice even though i kept bugging her with stuff, she did hook me up with another free warm cookie. She also was so quick to provide me with a robe when i asked for one and a tooth brush (I was a grease fire apparently that day lol). Not my direct server at the restaurant but shout out to Shawn/Sean, soo helpful and he want even my server..."
