Our stay wasn't pleasant at all. When I was checking in, I asked if yall had a UPS discount (most hotels do), the receptionist searched for a bit & said, "I got it on there for you!" We went up to our room and first couple things we noticed was the wallpaper falling off the walls, loud heating unit, and the shower looked like it hasnt evem been touch from the last guests. An hour after being there, my phome dinged a bank notification for $380, I declined it as that is not even close to the amount I was told (this was 11ish at night). The next morning i woke up to another bank notification for $360. I decided to go down and talk to the receptionist to try and get some clarity. She was somewhat helpful and told me she would look into it further. As I was walking back to the elevator, I saw a note on the pools door saying "closed until further notice (wasnt there when we arrived) & that was a huge part of why we booked this hotel. I got my family ready for breakfast and we headed back downstairs.. After talking more with the receptionist, I decided to cancel our reservation for that evening and find somewhere else to go. As we were leaving, we looked into getting breakfast at their restaurant and it BLEW MY MIND to see it qas nearly $7 for 1 BOWL of cereal! Are yall insane?! I received my receipt by email some time later and was still overcharged and guess what?! No UPS discount on it.
