"Great hotel with incredible service that makes it stand out (so sorry, I forgot many names of all the staff who made us feel so special). Right from arriving in taxi and being welcomed outside as a “VIP friend”, to reception who were so happy to see us, informed, the cool check-in on 41st floor with the brilliant Karim who helped us so much. Spa was delightful (Aman), the Turkish buffet for Iftar was pacy full of variety and flavour - very delicious. Room was incredible (they made our day by preparing the suite), but the new thing was how every member of staff - from concierge to security - made us feel extra special during our stay."

"A very nice hotel, very modern and clean. The staff in the restaurant do understand English very well, and keep getting your order for food wrong. Asked for a bucket of ice and never got it. asked for a pot of tea with two tea bags in it, and just got a pot of hot water. Then a pot with one tea bag, but no milk for the tea. Asked for turkey bacon, which is normally on the buffet, but not avaiable one morning. Was told they would prepare some and bring it to the table. 20 minutes later, finished with breakfast and still no turkey bacon. Chased up the manager who went into the kitchen to order it, as it had never been ordered and took another 10 minutes. Staff needs to learn to communicate in English with the majority of the customers. "
