"Lovely rooms and very comfortable beds. Wish the hot tubs were more functional. Manager Juan went out of his way to make us comfortable after a delay in transportation. All staff were very sweet and helpful. The hotel has a bar which is not used cause its not advertised much. It has the opportunity to even convert to a club or lounger.. awesome design there."

"It’s hard picking a hotel when you’ve never been there but I’m so glad we picked this one!! The location is close to town. The pool, hot tub and bar was awesome! We watched monkeys from the pool. Everyone who works there is fantastic! We had a lot of fun with Alex at the pool bar. I’d definitely stay there again. "

"The staff was amazing! They had a culture of service and exceeding expectations. When checking in, I wandered over to the concierge desk jokingly stating that “I wanted to see a sloth” The young lady suggested that they were most active in the morning by the main pool. Shortly after checking into our room I received a call from the same lady saying they know where there is one and offered to pick us up in the room and take us there. They did just that. What a great experience. A great resort, with great rooms and excellent service. Mitch and Cindi"
