"Everything was just as described on the listing. Kim and Hector were very responsive to text. The location was great for El Yunque as it is close to it. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We went to Fajardo, Old San Juan, and several different beaches. Nice pool and we had a covered place to park our cars. Very handy to have a washer and a dryer. The night sounds are amazing. You are in the middle of the forest. We felt at home. Thank you!!!"

"My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. "We really liked the location and were super excited to stay in Old San Juan for a few days but had no idea about “the stairs”. We had just come off of a 7 day cruise and had planned to stay but once we arrived, we saw “the stairs” and almost passed out. We have 4 pieces of luggage and there’s no elevator. Our room was on the top floor. We spoke to Omar (the manager) and decided we wouldn’t be able to stay. He was more than gracious and even refunded us our money for the 2 days we canceled. ...
