"I loved the place! It could have been a bit cleaner, but over all I loved the stay. No a.c. which was fine for me. The nights were nice enough to not sweat at all, and it was the end of Aug. My friend really didn't care for it. So, if you need more than some of the most beautiful nature and scenery and basic necessities, it probably isn't for you. And the cats.... They are everywhere on the island, but extra cuddly here."

"My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. Other than those two things, it wasnt that bad of a stay. "

"I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in San Juan, Puerto Rico! The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious, for what I needed for my six-day vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was very responsive and made sure I had a wonderful experience. "We really liked the location and were super excited to stay in Old San Juan for a few days but had no idea about “the stairs”. We had just come off of a 7 day cruise and had planned to stay but once we arrived, we saw “the stairs” and almost passed out. We have 4 pieces of luggage and there’s no elevator. Our room was on the top floor. We spoke to Omar (the manager) and decided we wouldn’t be able to stay. He was more than gracious and even refunded us our money for the 2 days we canceled. ...
