"The location of the flat was ideal for exploring the island. Pingo Doce, a very large supermarket, was a two minute drive. Mariana was very responsive and helpful. She was very kind and had many suggestions to help make our vacation a spectacular experience. There are many excellent restaurants on the island but having the ability to cook and enjoy our meals on the very spacious balcony made the vacation extra special. "Mariana was very quick at answering questions. The shades and the screens were broken. The place was clean, but there were ants everywhere. The house smelled of a kitty litter box and there were cats in there because my brother’s allergies were really bad inside the house. Lastly, the back outside area was pooped everywhere from the birds. You could not walk outside without shoes. The WiFi was great, but the tv does not connect."

"This apartment was exactly as pictured and represented. It's located in a quiet area - Ponto Formoso - a short 20-25 minute drive from the airport and 5-10 minutes from the bigger town of Ribiera Grande. The view from the apartment is the best. We loved eating every meal on the balcony and ending our days laying out on the beach and going for a swim. There are two life guard towers and snack bar style restaurant on the beach. "We thoroughly loved our week stay here. Everything on the island was in easy access and a short 1.5 km walk you were in the centre of Ribeiro Grande. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The highlight for us was Marion’s hospitality which began with a guided 30 min tour of the village to orient us. Everyday met with friendly conversation and suggestions. A peaceful oasis."

"The apartment is absolutely stunning with views over the beach. There is lots of space to store everything and everything you could possibly need! We did use some of the beach equipment. The property agent was the best we have ever come across, really helpful and so easy to contact. The central location meant the mist we ever travelled was 50 minutes to Cete Cidades. Ribeira Grande does lack places to eat, which was the only disappointment, but the apartment was so relaxing we were happy to eat...

"The property is large and spacious and we were comfortable there. It is a great location for all Sao Miguel has to offer. Nothing was further than an hour away. It was very clean.
