"The Fairmont Miramar Hotel was a wonderful experience. From the time we arrived until we left, the services were outstanding. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location is fabulous and we will continue to use the hotel every time we visit the LA area. I highly recommend the Fairmont Miramar Hotel !"

"For the price, the quality should be much, much higher at this hotel. We had problems from the minute we arrived in our bungalow. The shower was stuck on one lukewarm temperature and couldn't be adjusted. No minibar, but there was a refrigerator to keep our water and other drinks cold. However, it was broken too. There were no cushions on the chairs in the private outdoor area of our bungalow, so we couldn't use them. One morning we ordered room service for breakfast. We were told it would be...
