"Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! Hoping to return again some day - thank you! "

It has everything you will need in these spacious appts...sleeping up to four easily and with a great kitchen area with huge fridge freezer and full size cooker it is realky superb ! "This hotel has the makings of a great place to holiday. It is close to the resort, just a five minute walk on the flat. The rooms are adequate, may be not 4* and quite dark, certainly not as they appear on the website. Breakfast is ok but is the same every day and after a week is a bit repetitive. Bathrooms great as not all in Greece are. Main letdown was the sunbeds which were very uncomfortable and need replacing to a 4* hotel standard. There isnt enough of them either, but there isn't...

"Be careful as there are 2 El Greco properties, the luxury which we booked and an older one which we were put in,apparently the luxury one had a big group of Russian's staying with children so the owner thought we would prefer the quieter apartment, but this only had a small splash pool you could not swim in it.The apartment was OK with a small working kitchen,a lounge area and a seperate bedroom but it had 2 single beds and not luxury,I will say the views from the balcony(there were 2...
