"We wanted to have a weekend away (we're from Philly) for our anniversary. We have visited Wellsboro before and decided to go back again. We found this Cozy Sands Road place and thought it would be perfect to be our in the country AND close to Wellsboro. We were SO happy with this rental. First, it was SO clean! I am pretty sure I have never stayed in such a clean property. They took time for all the welcoming amenities. Tom and Aine were so warm and welcoming. And they had lots of ideas...

"Beautiful view. Hard to overstate how gorgeous it is. Host provides a lot of helpful mod-cons that we didn't expect. Only major issue is ticks! If you bring a pet, do not let it stray from stone driveways and make sure it's up to date on preventive meds. Our (always leashed) dog must have brushed some high grass on walking trails on property and had more ticks on her than I have ever seen at once. "
