"The view was fabulous, as was the outdoor living space. The property is not well suited for 2 couples with one bath upstairs with bedrooms and the other bath on the main level. The kitchen was great, well stocked but the sink was pretty disgusting. Nothing that a little Soft Scrub with bleach or Mr Eraser wouldn’t take care of. All in all a nice property, just better suited for a family with kids. "

"The cottage was clean, well stocked. the views were fantastic. The only issue we had no one cleaned the walk and I slipped and almost fell on the ice. My husband tried to chip the ice with his shoes, there was no shovel on ice melt to use. Otherwise the cottage is a wonderful place to stay."

Not only was Dave incredibly attentive during our stay but also gave us recommendations on where to explore around the town and hikes near by. The cabin was equipped with cooking material and wood for the fire (which we really enioyed). The view was stunning and the doc was a great place to see the lake and look at the starts. This location is great to be able to explore around Seneca and Keuka lakes. "
