"Had a most enjoyable stay at The Old Cottage with wonderful hosts Karen and Darren. Really comfy double bed & great shower. Had the benefit of a gorgeous roaring fire in spacious lounge area at night with lots of DVDs and a library of books about stuff to explore in the local area. Darren and Karen were such lovely people, warm , friendly and gave helpful tips about the locality. Breakfast was fabulous, tasty and varied. Would highly recommend this B&B and will definitely be back. Many thanks...

Winterton

5.0 star property

"Truly outstanding for accommodation service and especially the food. Normally I would never consider a B&B as I like the independence of a top class hotel but Stephanie and Adrian quickly made me feel totally at home. A pure delight of a place with superb breakfast and dinner. Also little things like suddenly jasmine tea suddenly being available when I had simply asked if they had any on the previous day. A real sense of making your stay as perfect as possible. "

"We loved our time here. The house was clean, cosy and homely, had everything we needed and more and the master bed was soooo comfortable! We had a minor issue whilst staying but Patsy the owner was very friendly and communicated well and acted quickly to resolve, she was a pleasure to deal with. The house is perfectly located as every window you look out of house a different amazing view. Spectacular walks right out of the back gate and out the front down by the loch.
