"Beautiful resort, amazing customer service. The Oceana restaurant (the only one with any availability the week we were there, one slot @8:30pm) was only ok, I think the buffet was better. We had a problem with our room and the electricity going out, each room in the 010-019 stretch seem to be on individual breakers. Our new room was great with no issues. The contents of our fridge from the first room were not carried over, including a bottle of Prosecco from outside the resort. The manager found us on our last night and gave us a bottle of their own Prosecco, which was a very nice gesture. For anyone in the market for this kind of stay, I would definitely recommend this resort."

"I recently stayed at Grecotel LUXME White Palace, and it’s safe to say the experience was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend the Asian fusion spot and grabbing a crepe at the Gelateria. The cocktails? Top-notch. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a sea view that made mornings magical. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and little touches like daily turndown service and local treats were appreciated."

"Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel and room was immaculate condition. Shame the pool was a bit too cold at end of October but made use of the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had a great choice and staff could not have been more friendly. Highly recommend. Only downfall was our room was supposed to be full sea view but more like partial sea view from first floor as part of hotel building blocked the majority of the sea view from our balcony."
