"Massive free car park Check in by the bar for all information given. Room (6) up a flight of stairs The room is very compact! As was the shower room. Bed super comfortable Shower hot and powerful Wifi is excellent Breakfast was excellent Evening meal was awesome Good choices and good value The location is set in beautiful countryside with lots of nice walks close by. Would definitely stay again but would like to try a different room."

"This is exactly the sort of hotel we need to find more often. Small hotel with efficient friendly staff, very clean rooms. Prettily decorated with a really good dining menu. Good value for money. Will stay again and highly reccomend."

"We received a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival, which set the tone for our stay. The meal and wine we enjoyed in the restaurant was delicious, and the room was toasty warm with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was outstanding and easily a 10/10! The staff were all lovely - without a doubt, we’ll be returning when we next want to spend some time in Clitheroe."

"Ideally situated for public transportation into city centre. Numerous eateries situated within foot. No food available. Rather run down and seedy. Limited reception staff hours. Close to children’s nursery. Security an issue."

"Small and quiet although a lot of traffic noise as our room was right on the roadside and no double glazing. Clean and orderly. No noise from other visitors. Staff helpful. Lovely small pool and sauna. The room was a bit on the small side, room for only one chair and we were two visitors but otherwise very comfortable. Beautiful situation and excellent walks from the hotel."

"Took the double bed option. Smallish room with a sink. Very clean and well presented. Toilets and bathrooms very handy across the hall. Good cooked breakfast. Handy car park out the front. For a cheap overnight stay to put me up after a night out with the boys in Preston i couldn't really fault it. "

"We loved the atmosphere and decor. The only minus was that we would have liked to have been able to lounge around a bit longer and not check out at 10.30... Will visit again. "

"What a beautiful location. When my wife and i woke up in the morning, we watched the sunrise over the Dales. The same for breakfast as the dining room has ceiling high windows overlooking the cows and sheep grazing in the fields. The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet, and the beds are comfy. We quickly became friends with some of the other guests. The bottom line is that we had a wonderful time there. We highly recommend Throstle Nest Farm. "

"From the moment we arrived Debbie made us feel so welcome, the room was spotless, the bed was ready comfy and the room was lovely and warm. In the morning when we went for breakfast Debbie greeted us with a good morning and a smile. Breakfast was well cooked, plentiful and set us up for the day. "Lovely period property and rooms. Close to cafes and pubs. Staff helpful. Only down side, no food on site other than self service cereal type breakfast, however lots of lovely cafes nearby. "

"Despite my late check-in, the folks at Middle Flass Lodge were ready to go. Very friendly and I was made to feel immediately welcome into their place. Classic and quaint."
