"Carlos is a terrific host who went out of his way to be helpful: arranged our airport pickup and helped in departure, offered to move us to a different room if street noise (he's near Merida's main plaza downtown) bothered us, had lots of helpful advice. And did everything with cheerful charm and in pretty good English! All in all, a good place, good price, lots of nearby attractions in an exciting city."

"This boutique is a block or so from Paseo de Montejo. My favorite street in Merida. GREAT location. Walkable to everything. Tons of restaurants. Nelson, the manager, was so welcoming, hospitable, helpful, thorough and highly communicative. It’s a lovely, quirky layout that worked perfectly for me. Definitely one of my favorite places now. "The real stars of this place are Rosa and Ismael - who own the four rental units and live on sight.
