"Bizarre hotel in good location. Whole place felt grubby and poorly designed and furnished. Staff were asleep on chairs outside the rooms, really strange. No sense of customer service. Bed uncomfortable. Electricity and light switches hard to work out and weird. No free parking, no parking at all, even though they advertised it. Terrible. "

House was rather noisy from the elements outside (wind though the old fireplace that has not been covered correctly) plus the noise from interior such as boiler. "Stayed for one night and had a great stay. Room was huge, very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was very modern, our only complaint being there was only a shower, no bath. Breakfast was superb especially as the had fresh kippers, a real treat. Overall a really memorable experience."

"Welcoming and very comfortable. Had booked into Westhill but were transferred to Airport. Very quiet which was unexpected being so close to the airport. Usual good breakfast. Noticed tables were not wiped down which was always done in other Hamptons we've stayed in, also no daily newspapers. Very little around but an excellent carvery/eatery 5 minutes walk away. Rooms only serviced every 3 days but this was not a problem for us. Our problem was parking as offshire workers leave their cars when...
