"Everything was phenomenal with the property but the coffee in the AM was the very worst coffee I’ve tasted in my entire life!!!! Also. The continental breakfast should be included with the room rate!!!! All I had was a bagel in the morning and the waitress wanted to charge me. I was like no way especially after that horrible coffee! "Our booking was canceled and we were not notified in advance. We were 4 hours away from home, small town, middle of the night and no other hotels were available. I was up for 27 hours straight and had to drive back because nothing else was available. They said the hotel was overbooked and we should have been notified as they knew this days in advance. Very unhappy "

"We had a wonderful stay at this house for the US Open. The home was very comfortable and was super close to our parking for the Open. It was a great home to come back to each night after a long day at the Championship. The owners were very accommodating and the check in & out was very easy. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area!"

The “manager” never responded to calls, email or texts until we were halfway through a 6 hour drive down with our two horses, for a show, and dogs in our truck/ trailer.
